Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and ticketed merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Items can be returned for a full refund via your original payment method or exchanged at any of our retail locations.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.
Generate a Return Label
Log into your account on our website to request a return and print your prepaid shipping label, or use the one provided in your original shipment.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location as specified on the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original form of payment.
